Introduction

A.H Metals & Machining

A.H. Inc Metals and Machining was founded in the year 2000 by its CEO of the company Ami Hazan who has over 40 years of experience in the machining industry. Our company specializes in the design and production of parts based on drafts and models in all methods and processing tools – conventional and CNC, milling and turning, sharpening and processing complementary adaptations and assembling turnkey according to the specifications provided by our clients. A.H. Inc Metals and Machining headquartered at Beit She'an and serves clients all over the country while maintaining high availability and fast production time, that is thanks to the fast response times which begins with the bid and the engineering before the production thanks to the variety and the quantity of machines that are supported by the experienced team that in charge of the production floor.

Our Technology

There are 16 CNC central processing units. High levels of accuracy and fast processing times. Special machine for parts that are bigger than 2200mm. CNC lathe machines, including gnawing lathes for parts up to 350mm in diameter and SWISS TYPE lathes for processing small parts accurately and short processing times. Our factory has departments turning and conventional milling that gives the best response to the client in the portions that we can have the most efficient way with the conventional methods. Our company specializes among others in manufacture parts for prototypes and production in small and large series with those materials: Aluminum, Steels of any kind, Stainless Steel, Copper and Brass, Delrin, plastic and many more.

Many Industries enjoys our Services & Capabilities

Our company provides parts for a wide range of industries: High Tech, Defense Industries, Aviation, Communications, Medical Equipment and Mechanization, Optronics, Traditional Industries, Water Industries, Agriculture and Energy. Our company provide our clients with parts and assemblies that include finishing according to client requirements: Anodize, Alodine, Passivation, Treatments, Electropolishing, Electroless Nickel, Blackening, Electrostatic Painting and MDY. All finishing areas are being handled by quality finishing providers who are approved by leading companies. At our company we have an audit room that includes all the methods required to meet all of our client’s quality requirements.

What is Machining?

Machining is one of the broadest and useful fields of manufacturing and industrial processes. Today, everyone uses a product of machining. In machining there are many advantages, the solutions in machining are advanced and smart, this is a manufacturing process where layers of material are accurately and carefully removed from a “chunk” or plate of different materials, for the purpose of this is to produce a finished component, exactly and strictly like the design. In order to design the part, CAD software is used. Machining is different from other production techniques like 3D printing or casting. In machining we begin by removing layers of materials with the appropriate processing heads (in the industry there is a large variety of advanced CNC machines) until we reach the final form of the product. The level of accuracy of the component in machining is high up to the thousandth of a millimeter. We process many kinds of materials like: Aluminum, Steels, Plastic, Bronze, Brass and others.

Conventional Machining

For many years production of machining was achieved by manual machines – these kinds of machines are called conventional machines. A conventional machine has an operator that operate the machine manually, the operator is moving the head of the machine and with that he removes layers of materials to create the wanted parts. In the factory we have departments for conventional engraving and milling in order to provide the best response to the client in the parts that are the most efficient way to work with the conventional machines.

2 quality control rooms that have been certified.

CMM precision measuring machines with 3D software to test the part against a customer model.

Packaging of the products with protective materials that help prevent damage to the parts during transportation.

Monitoring all the planning, production and finishing processes until the final packaging of the product.

Quality without compromise.
